She could be concerned about the constant but inconsistent rumblings affecting her snakes. Probably is, actually. But it's not foremost in her mind, going by the silly smile on her face or the bright glimmer in her eyes. She's never particularly gloomy, but this level of cheer isn't typical.

So maybe it's the smile that attracts attention, or maybe it's the off-key whistling that grates as she passes by.
