since my last update...
upon advice from one of my co-workers (who is a criminal justice major and wants to be a cop :D), i called the local non-emergency number about lardass.
two police officers met me at home when i was alone, and took a statement from me. after telling my entire story, showing pictures and showing them around my apartment, the two officers were actually concerned enough to give me their cards with personal phone numbers written. they advised me to quickly pursue a restraining order against lardass--considering the evidence, it should push through the courts fairly quickly.
one of the cool things i didn't know about this state in particular, is that they take domestics REALLY seriously...which is what this has turned into. both police officers have followed up with me in the week since i made my statement--one at the beginning of the week, and one will be here tomorrow after i get out of work.
i also found out that once i go to my hearing for the PPO, lardass will lose all legal ability to purchase or have a firearm registered in his name...and they will also revoke all firearms from his immediate family to prevent retaliation....which is kind of sad for them, because they are all military--including his parents.
i haven't run into, nor been within visual range of lardass for over a week now..but there was one instance again that i saw him lingering outside my door for an extended period of time--which i remedied by racking my new shotgun (courtesy of my parents).
my parents are also building a very hefty lawsuit against him for me.
since lardass can't get through to me anymore with his childish behavior, it makes me sad to say he has turned his anger towards james in an even scarier way that he originally did. i've come home to find james' very nice, antique hookah smashed to bits on the kitchen floor..his papers in our room have been torn through (bills, resume...stuff like that), several of his xbox games now magically have what appear to be fork marks through them...and they still work at the same place, which i've been told has been pretty unbearable.
they also had a huge fight today (i wasn't told specifics...which leads me to believe it may have become physical) about who was going to take over the light bill.
i'm pretty sure lardass knows i've called the cops.
