Ahoy Mateys (X Post)
As June Faire Draws Closer, plans are beginning to come together. I have secured the services of a Galley Master for the weekend, who will be asking 2 small favors. 1) Help pay for food, and 2) Help with clean up. What do you get out of this? Hot Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, and Hot Dinner on Friday and Saturday, Plus there will be grab and go snacks for lunch, and random bits for random hungers. How much does all this cost? Until we know how many we are feeding, we can't set a price on the weekend. I am going to try to keep cost under $20 (eat for a whole weekend on $20, not too bad a deal if you ask me.) with Childern under 5 eating however much they eat for free.
So, here is what I need, I need everyone who would like to eat from the Galley of the Hawk of the Night, let me know ASAP!!!
Now, the next thing I need: Space requirements. How many tents are you bringing? What size are they? Is anyone bringing a day shade? Is anyone bringing a firepit? Can someone get hold of Dark Mountain and talk to them about whether they want to camp with the alliance and whether they want to Kitchen with the ship, and how much space they need and all of that.
