Here’s the second batch of Kickstarter dialogue prompts. Same idea as before: Use the prompt. You are allowed to change it slightly. Keep the story under 1,000 words, if possible. There is no deadline.
These have a general theme of “ultimatums and declarations.”
When you’re done, if you’d like to post your work for discussion or concrit, please post a link to your journal as a comment below. Head the story as follows:

To facilitate the summary-writing exercise, consider adding a note in your comment letting the community know whether you mind if others write a summary for your Kickstarter.

1. “You’re not allowed to make snap judgments about someone else’s pain.”
2. “I’m not cleaning this thing out again. It’s somebody else’s turn.”
3. “Nobody ever said this was going to be easy,” House said. “You wanted me. Next time be careful what you ask for.”
4. “Give me your shoes,” Wilson said. “Mine are covered in blood.”
5. “Shut up and listen. I’m only saying this once.”
6. Chase stared in disbelief. “Are you out of your mind? You can’t stay here.”

Just as a reminder, there is (still) no time limit on the
first Kickstarter exercise. Those prompts are still up for grabs! Feel free to post links here to fics from the first set of prompts. The
summaries exercise is also still open. Try your hand at writing summaries for your own Kickstarter fics or (with a courteous heads-up to the author) someone else's.
Happy writing!
