Me too. :-/ I am *very* happy here, so extremely relaxed and in my element. Doing the things I do... cooking again, gardening, climbing the walnut tree, running around with the kitties, even learning how to drive without being stressed. I have a good work plan, a free place to live, and Lynn's friends are proving fruitful for the things I need most now--a quick job (print shop or natural foods store) and a vehicle (a small pickup truck for $3000). I get to have Lucas around lots, even if he's grumpy and tired some of that time. And yet...

I have continued to experience horrendous nightmares unconnected to daily events (unless I forgot about losing control of a horse and watching it plunge to its death on the floor of a meatpacking factory last week), and I'm sleeping less and less. Presently, I get maybe 2 hours at a stretch. I'm starting to think that the sleep issues have an organic cause, perhaps the minor cyst found on my last MRI (pineal gland), or a REM sleep disorder of some kind. Lucas tells me that I moan, grind teeth, thrash, and kick something awful in my sleep. I know nothing of this.

Still, I love it here so very much. If I can't sleep, at least I can get out of bed and walk barefoot in the dewy morning grass to check on my tomatoes and basil, smell dirt, and watch Weva bound after grasshoppers and mice.
