When she walks into the clinic--finally--Wilson waves her over before House can catch her attention. "Maybe you wouldn't be turning green if your husband bought you the nice jewelry and gave the crap to his mistress," House snaps, hushing his prattling patient in mid-sentence. "I...I am the mistress," she admits, tearfully. "Well, then," House growls, keeping his eyes on the two dark heads studying the biopsy file: noble Wilson and his adoring audience, "maybe you're just jealous."
