This place is boring. My aunt is crazy, but not in a fun way like me. More like she can't remember anything or keep anything organized or find information and has no clue how to run her own business. There is virtually no communication in this office and things are going down hill, but all anyone does is point fingers. There's only four people working in the office, and the two owners, my aunt and uncle, can't quit arguing long enough to get most jobs done right or on time. I hate it. I'm in an attic. I was told there was a room for me, but it's a crawlspace. It's 100 degrees up there during the day, so once I shower and go to work, I can't go back up there until around 10 at night.
My aunt went behind my back on Friday and made plans for me to go fishing with my cousin Billy, whom I have met once. I mentioned that I had a ton of laundry to do because, well, I had no pants. She then informed that I wouldn't have time. I had plans. It was 100 degrees in Silt where he lives. I don't like fishing. I don't like being hot. I don't like people making plans that directly involve me without even discussing it with me first. I told her I didn't want to go. I had worked all day. I was tired and hot and sweaty and just wanted to do laundry and read Harry Potter. She guilt tripped me into going, saying that he was looking forward to it so much because no one ever wants to go fishing with him and well, if I wasn't going to go than I should call him and let him know because he will probably leave work early. I went home and threw on some shorts and a bathing suit after dousing myself in sunblock and drove an hour to his house. His two dogs almost attacked me. I knocked on his door three times before he finally came out just as I was walking back toward my car. He had forgotten. He wasn't going fishing anymore. He said sorry about that, and I got in my car and drove an hour home. Family is overrated.
Sooooo.....I am coming home. I leave next Monday! There's no place like home. I miss my friends and family and bed and dogs and toilet and books and clutter and yeah...
