I've been irked today. Once this morning in a minor way. I was bothered by a woman who was too lazy to scroll down an email and read what it said. Just now I was irked in a major way by an employee who was upset at me for something someone else didn't do. Well, if the legs felt like rubber yesterday they feel like molten lead today. Everything hurts, the quads, hamstrings, glutes... I can't remember the last time I hurt this bad. I'm eating a very lackluster orange right now. Egh. Got up at 5:15 this morning to walk the treadmill and walked for an hour yesterday by the beach, so the week is getting off to a good start. My legs hurt something awful. I did the recumbent bike this morning rather than the treadmill and my legs are still feeling the difference. Plus I've been up and down the stairs all day which isn't helping. (Did I ever mention there aren't stairs to my department? Things continue to be rather crazy as usual at work. I am not ready to brave the workplace tomorrow, but I guess I don't have much of a choice. As the flu season gets worse things are getting busier and busier around there. It does not slow down for the holidays.
