Internet Question

Dec 02, 2009 19:49

Since my hotel is going through a remodel, my FOM asked me if I could do some research and find a service provider.
Anyone having good experience with their providers, or really bad service? (We have golden tree, they suck, BTW)
Thank you!

IHG covers our internet, so I have no idea.

But back when I worked for the Carlson location in Houston, we had AT&T. It was pretty decent. Didn't have to call in very often (maybe once or twice a season) to get it worked on. It was great.

Do you work for an express? What's your opinion of the relaunch?

Nah, just the basic HI... we're upgraded to a crowne (Ha, I say...)
With the relaunch of the brand? Ugh. I can't beleive PC signups are mandatory now...

Yea, it's pretty stupid. Most of our guests already have it, and the ones that don't, don't want it.

We seem to be doing fine with our sign ups. We're on the low end (we're required 30 a month, 90 a quarter) and somehow managed to hit our quarter back in October. That was epic.

we have to do 75 per month (how our FOM figured it out), and we reach for about 90, since they have to be 'qualifying'. :P
230 room property, getting around 10-20 reservations a night, half to 3/4 are PC's already.
Me and the FOM seem to be the only ones who actually do this...
