A few weeks ago, at the Goodwill, I found a first edition of Ernest Hemingway's 1964 novel, A Moveable Feast. Not in very good condition--missing the dust jacket. But still, a neat find, especially for a pair of EMH fans, a nice addition to our library.

Something I wanted to do this year was to keep a list of every book I read, each month. This month I feel like I didn't read as much as I'm used to reading; I had bad reading juju; I kept picking books up and putting them down, couldn't get into them. I'm swimming in books lately. I just borrowed a huge bag of books from Donna and yesterday I went to the thrift store and bought like 50 books for $20. Amazing! So far I've read three of them, two that I've read before.
