You lot are good about those, right?
So as I have mentioned in ME chat a few times, I am moving back in with my parents because California is expensive and my faith in my job security is basically non-existent. But that's not really the point.
The point is, I am flying out on a Sunday. Which means my computer has to be packed up and taken to a postal service on the Friday before at the latest. Which means that I need entertainment to keep me sane for a couple of days and a flight. All my books have been packed up already. I have some knitting and I have a Nintendo DS with The World Ends With You. So basically I need more video games.
I'm thinking 3 different games and my knitting will be enough to get by. Obviously TWEWY occupies one of the game slots; I am not far enough in it and do not play it often enough for beating it before the computerless weekend to be an issue. (I'm about halfway-ish (Joshua day... 3? I think?) through the game and have owned it since, like, Christmas.)
So, yeah, that leaves two games to buy off Amazon. The question becomes which two games. Probably getting Super Robot Wars (or I guess Taisen whatever) Original Generation so I can get some goddamn context on the characters and crap in this script of SRW Alpha 2. :V So there's that.
For the 3rd game, I'm thinking Chrono Trigger DS, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (the subtitle-less one is the first in the series, yes?), or Disgaea DS. The thing about Chrono Trigger and Disgaea, though, is that, well, I'm moving back in with my parents, who have a PS2. And I already have a copy of Chrono Trigger there to boot. I know Disgaea DS is considered to have worse voice-acting than the PS2 Disgaea, but that's kind of moot since I usually don't have the audio on on the DS anyway and I've watched an LP of Disgaea so I've heard the PS2 voice actors already. Disgaea DS has more features than PS2 Disgaea, so there's that. However, Disgaea is a SRPG, just like SRWOG (It's so hard not to automatically say SRWUG. ;_;) so that's kind of lacking in the variety department....
So I'm thinking Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney for game #3. I'm already vaguely familiar with the overall plot of the Phoenix Wright games, though, so should I get a different PW game?
Thoughts, guys?
