Car washing-ness
I just woke up at about 3:30 to Boulevard of Broken Dreams on the radio, and I couldn't get back to sleep. Which means that now I will probably get into school very very early. Sweet! I don't want to miss THIS week of school, because it is ACTUALLY the last week of school, haha. Except... I'M GOING TO NEW YORK TOMMOROW!!! Can you belive it? Mulder (that's my dad in case you're confused) and I are going, we're going to see a show, and take a picture of the building that's on the Physical Graffiti album cover.
Oh yeah, we had a car wash yesterday at THE Sunoco station, to raise money for the school dance. It all sounds so cliche, but it was fun. I took pictures, they're in my PhotoBucket which is flashdanceflashback. AND we made 100 bucks! And all I had to do was stand on the sidewalk in a skirt and hold a sign. And have a bucket of water poured on me. Not that I minded, it was about 90 degrees outside.
Everyone should read Edie: An American Girl, it's a fantastic book. It's not as much about Edie Sedgwick as you would expect a book called Edie: An American Girl to be, but it's good, it has a lot of stuff about SAndy Warhol in it, so of course it's interesting.
