Continuing Adventures of Family Fandom
I need a weekend. To recover from this one.
To wit:
1) BSG SEASON FINALE! Yah!!!
(My use of caps has gone up like, a thousand percent, since I started watching this show.)
2) Staying up way too late talking about the show.
3) Getting up way too early and talking about the show *more*.
4) Running around franticly to clean house before the mother showed up.
5) Pope dies - spend two hours parked in front of tv.
6) More frantic cleaning.
7) Mother and sister and Brotherdog arrive. Introductions made, bloodshed adverted, truck unpacked.
8) Remorselessly bully Mother in watching the first 10 minutes of Colonial Day. (after that point she was leaning forward to watch what happens next. Sister wanted to watch anyway.)
9) Mother goes to bed, 3/4 of the way through KLG I.
10) Sister's reaction to KLGII - NO! They didn- NO! NOW THEY STOP?!?! NOW?!?!
(heh *evil grin*)
11) FRACKING TIME CHANGE screws me out of an hour's sleep. On top of additional time spent re-thinking post-ep analysis.
So I'm not answering more of the brilliant comments I got on the last BSG post tonight - but I will get around to it.
