Oh dear...
For dinner mum made me shepards pie. I don't really like shepards pie that much to begin with, but it got worse when I realised that in a moment of culinary intuition, my mum had decided to substitute the classic beef, gravy and carrots base........with bolongese mince. I have consequently just spent the last ten minutes trying to explain to my mum why using bolongese source in shepards pie just doesn't work. It wasn't that bad; it was edible, just..........unique. Well, I managed to eat 2/3 of it.
