More Machigerita~
I still have quite a backlog if I want to translate all his songs of which I cannot find any English translation (I wonder why, is google translate enough, am I not looking in the right places or do people not want to know anymore?). Oh well.

The comment Machigerita posted to this song on both his Niconico account was (within quotation marks):
「ただ、ぼくは、きみを、だいざいに、えを、かきたかった、だけなんだ。」
"Tada, boku wa, kimi wo, daizai ni, e wo, kakitakatta, dake na n da."
"I, merely, wanted, to paint, a picture, of, you."

And, as usual

キュビスム画家の夢

真四角な部屋の暗がりでぬめる掌と汚れ眼鏡。
ぐんにゃりと曲がった利き腕、デッサンの狂った奇態。

不気味。

昼下がり。
公園で捕まえた、嬉しいな。
パースは崩れていない。

「あどけないね」

そう、君の絵を描く。
ひしゃげた顔で笑ってさ。
陰惨なままごと、嘔吐す。
泣き顔、舐める。
完成した、キュビスム的絵画。

------------

Cubism gaka no yume

Mashikaku na heya no kuragari de numeru te no hira to yogore megane.
Gunnyari to magatta kikiude, DESSAN no kurutta kitai.

Bukimi.

Hiru sagari.
Kouen de tsukamaeta, ureshii na.
PAASU wa kuzerete inai.

「Adokenai ne」

Sou, kimi no e wo kaku.
Hishageta kao de waratte sa.
Insen na mamagoto, outosu. (**1)
Nakigao, nameru.
Kansei shita, KYUBISUMU [teki ega]. (**2)

Notes:
(**1) - "Outosu" (嘔吐す) is technically not correct Japanese, but...
(**2) - Because the last few words are hardly sung, if sung at all, I put them in between [].

A Cubist Painter's Dream

In the dark of a perfectly square room, a slippery hand palm and dirtied glasses.
A limply twisted twisted dominant arm, a sketch of a strange, maddened, figure.

Eerie.

In the early afternoon.
I caught you in the park, how wonderful.
The perspective isn't off.

"How cherubic."

Yes, painting your picture.
Laugh with a squashed face.
A sad and gloomy game of playing house (*1), sickening. (*2)
Licking the crying face.
It is complete, a cubist picture.

Notes:
*I am not a professional translator, doing this for fun (though if you want to hire me, I am certainly available. ^_~ ). Please let me know if you spot any kind of mistake. Also, please note that Japanese (or any other language) can be translated in more than one way. Thank you.*
(*1) - "Mamagoto", translated as "playing house" is the game where children pretends to be a grown-up, playing mother, father, etc.
(*2) - Technically, this should translate to "vomiting" or "throwing up" or something along those lines. I liked neither in context and translated freely. I'm sorry.
As a side note, "outosu" is not a proper Japanese word (according to my dictionaries). I assume it is coined from "outo" (vomit / vomiting) and "suru" (to do).
