Apropos for the occassion I suppose, I happened to catch The Namesake, which stars Kal Penn (♥), Irfan Khan and Tabu about a Bengali immigrant family. Strong performances, but I feel the movie suffered from not really having a strong central protagonist to tie the movie storyline too. But it was a decent adaptation, all said.
