the kid
Really am too smitten with Diana, cuter every day. She has little am schedule that actually makes me, the queen of sleeping in, want to get up in the morning. About 4 am (when I have to get up for work on my work days) she wakes up, wanting changed and a bit to eat. I bring her in with her daddy and I, and we all sleep until about 6:30. When Dad's alarm goes off, she wakes up and crawls over to the window above Daddy's head, open the curtain and peers outside. Shuts the curtain. Opens it again. When she gets tired of the curtain game, she crawls up over Daddy's tummy to say hi to her puppy Zeus, who sleeps on the floor next to Dad. Once he's licked her, she crawls up to give Daddy a kiss, then turns around to give Mommy a kiss. Hate going to work and missing the morning.
Got title to Tequila, yay, she is really mine now.
Took Diana to the childern's Halloween party at the nursing home, dressed her up as a lion. She was kinda sleepy, due to the time change it happened just about her bedtime, but it was cute.
First snow that stuck yesterday, just a trace.
Supposed to be bringing up Bill's new office today. Hope it goes well, last week a pickup truck ran head on into a semi pulling half a double wide. Guy totally ignored the escort vehicle for the oversized load, even when it veered into his lane. Closed hwy 60 down all day. When we heard about it, we nearly freaked, they were supposed to be bringing up the office building that day.
Ok, off to do baby laundry.
