oh so full of hope...
so today a very good thing happened to my friend...i hope the very same thing would happen to me! i think i'm screwed because i haven't gotten any cards for my friends at school, so i'm hoping my mom will be in a good mood tomorrow and will get some for me...tomorrow will be fun, we're going to my grandma's house so we can decorate Christmas cookies...it's a tradition we've been doing every year for as long as i can remember...it's actually a lot of fun cuz all my cousins and i go to her house, and since my one cousin's in college, it's good to catch up.
in band today, we sightread this horrible piece that was so freakin easy, it contained quarter notes, whole notes, eighth notes, and i think 6 sixteenth notes...oh so horribly easy, i wish i was in symphonic band where i would actually have to practice...although then i wouldn't be able to play my piccolo, which is basically all i play now and i love it
