Concerts are FUN!
I spent last night at a concert! YAY! I was...fashionably late...along with Trent. We showed up at 8-ish and the doors opened at 6:30. When we got there, the band from Chicago was playing.
The last band to play was my friend's band, The Perfect Ending. I really wish I had a band, it looks SO fun!!! So they kicked ass and all that, and it was an enjoyable show. At least...until the moshers kept nearly knocking me over. I had no intentions of being in that, though. Good call on my part, too, as one guy got his head busted a little bit. He was holding a paper towel to his forehead, all like 'ow.'
But it was so fun, and I got a couple good pictures, despite Trent's camera failing miserably. It was very enjoyable to spend a Saturday night surrounded by music in a fairly raw state. Woot! \o/
Much more active than my Friday night. It was spent from about 5 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. working on a Molecule comic. I'm still not done with it.
Sooo...now it's Sunday, and I'm at Teri's with Trent and her, waiting for Ricky to show his gay ass up. Hopefully he comes, cause I'm really bored. I have homework I -- OH HE JUST CALLED, HE'S OUTSIDE OR ALMOST HERE OR SOMETHING -- need to do, and it sucks. However, that's irrelevant.
I watched August Rush today. It was decent, but kinda crappy in some parts.
...I'm ranting and making a giant word salad, so I guess I better cut this journal short. Blah.
