linear vs cyclical
It's strange to sit here and see the trends that tend to repeat themselve (as the word 'trend' seems to imply). I sit here and I find my self alone, in a very literal sense, even the dog is gone. It's just too damn interesting to see the reoccurences... For example exactly a year ago i lived in a house alone for a week or two, now i'm in a more familiar house for anther week or two. So it brings me back to te arguments of linear vs. cyclical. Or as most things I find there is no absolute and it appears to be a mixture of the two with no true definable answer. And it is the wish for a definable answer that brings us into conflict over various ideas with no midle ground. Or perhaps i'm just a sniviling little bastard that likes to try to avoid answers. -shrug- who knows?
