Things just get so crazy sometimes. I have 10 pieces of homework to complete over the weekends, and I have to complete one by tomorrow morning (in time for Chinese tuition). I'm really not a heavy slacker, I just can't find time to complete the essay. Or maybe it's not because I can't find time, but because I'm just so worn out by school and its demands. Looking to Yahweh. :)
I went to Expo for church service today. It was raining buckets on my way there and it was scary. There's been a lot of downpours lately, and although I'm fine with it because the weather's been cooler, I don't really fancy the lightning & thunder involved. Here's something about me you probably don't know - due to my "psychological disorders", I usually refrain from putting on earpieces or using my phone when there's lightning. It's apparently because I believe that electrical devices can serve as a conducting path for lightning to reach the ground and be earthed. And when I use the devices, they come in contact with my body. So, the lightning would end up travelling from the device, through my body and to the ground, giving me a really bad shock. :P Don't know if that's true.
The message Pastor shared today was really a message in season for me - forgiveness. I feel that it's really something that we should uphold, be it a habit, a value, an attitude or a thought. :)
I headed home straight after service ended and my lovely parents bought me some seafood gon hor. :) Yummy. If you were wondering what gon hor is, it's basically fried Chinese noodles. But the noodles look more like kway teow, and not vermicelli. All you need to know is that it's pretty nice to have!
I have to get on to completing my homework now. Oh well...
