Tino had surgery today. Nothing super major -- he had some cysts on his lip which were removed and are being biopsied. He's home now and I'm a stress bucket. He's got one of those awful e collars on, which he hates (of course). The apartment was sniped.

The long story short: It was a condo being rented by its owner, and one day after I started my application, the owner rented it to somebody else.

What this means: The stress of finding a place that I thought was done? Isn't.

And I've got ten days left.

The "move coordinator" just called to tell me that the guys will be here tomorrow between 9:00 am and 11:00 am.

And a few words about G20: Not Helping.

Hearing people mock protesters? Hearing people mock protesters while agreeing with their politics? Having friends harassed and, in one case, arrested? Seeing cop cars and helicopters everywhere I go? Hearing sirens wailing nearby at all hours of the day and night?

All of the above: NOT HELPING.
