incubus love <3 well it was better than at reading, but not as good as wembley, although smaller venue + managing to get standing tickets = major bonus. pardon me is always amazing. and they actually played take me to your leader! i heart that song 'what if i was just dreaming? what if i lived in a pear? what if i had a mustard drenched cucumber tied to my leg and i did not want my pants to get dirty?...take me to your leader or die by the fly guy!' i think they were on drugs *gasp* heh
would've gone mentalist if they'd played version or anti gravity love song. but it was all good. they played a fair bit of the new album, which was what most of the crowd was there for i think. i mean everyone sang along to megalomaniac and talk shows on mute, but not a lot knew idiot box. which is such a class song. nice to know you was awesome. and under my umbrella. i guess morning view really is a good album, i just went off it because of are you in.
kilmore is such a fucking dude. he had a little solo and it was amazing. the boy has skills. to be honest they are all amazing musicians. it's just such a shame that they have to play big venues. i wish i could see them at somewhere like where they filmed the morning view sessions. dang.
can't decide if i will buy crow left of the murder or not. i've got some downloaded but not great quality. and i will always love incubus. so yes. i think i should. depending on how much money i get from my dad for my birthday haha.
and because it has to be mentioned, yes he was looking awfully attractive.
apart from that, yesterday was a bit of a mess because i left my phone at home, ran back, realised i had locked myself out and my keys in. went to adrian's, but he didnt have a spare key anymore. and had to call my mum to come home from work to let me in. consequently i was late to meet antonio in london. but it was cool. took him for a coffee and a long chat and then a couple of his mates joined us. i know i'm a total loser and say it all the time but i love tony so much. he was so concerned about me, it was cute. and he's got uber hairy. the beard is back, and he's grown his hair. can't wait til i live there. HAVE to revise and get into UCL. damn this stupid computer thing.
so then i met up with shaun at liverpool st, got to hammersmith, had a swift drink, sold ben's ticket cause he couldnt come in the end and hung out a bit waiting for dan and rob. strolled in to the apollo, had another swift one and got in just in time for them to start with pistola.
today i have done nothing but sleep and watch home & away and sit on this stupid seat. bugger. tonight i have been invited on a picnic by dan. am looking forward to it lots. as long as he doesnt make me listen to motorhead. he seems to think that i'm going to see them with him in november. i think not.
