Called the Doctor
I called this morning to try to talk them into referring me to a good U/S machine next week. I even pulled out the Thanksgiving card and told them that we wanted to know what (if anything) we should tell family next week. They were very firm that it would do no good to wait only a week and basically to suck it up and wait. They ARE going to do betas today and Saturday. I've never had a beta done before. I have to go to a lab place for the blood draws. I should have the results on Tuesday. Actually they will be there on Monday, but the doc won't be in to see them then. I might try to con them out of S the nurse, but it seems unlikely.
I haven't done research yet, but I don't believe at this point they are supposed to still be doubling. I'm assuming there is some sort of algorithm of goodness.
Megan is picking me up soon to go do the blood draw. At least I get wife, kid and lunch out of the deal.
