i survived 4th of july :)
for the first time in three years i had an amazing fourth of july weekend.
friday i drove to chris's. i got there and we ate, then went mini golfing. we wont talk about who won. he stole me a purple golf ball. we had to get stuff from his moms friends house for the partay. pj chased a balloon down the street. we went back to chris's and lit stuff on fire. then went swimming, and i made pj and chris make me a whirl pool. haha.
saturday was his grad partay. there was frisbee and badminton. apparently i can now serve the right way in badminton, heidi would be real impressed. i met lots of family, and hung out with chris's friends. when it got later they played texas hold em, and sat next to chris and pretended to know what was going on. pj talked about how chris's dad has boy scout powers and i literally had to sit down because i was laughing so hard.
sunday we slept till real late. then chris and i went out for bagels. we went to the mall. saw my friend maeve and her little sister. i couldnt believe how old her little sister is now. i feel like time stood still in rochester while i was gone and its so weird to see people now. we went to the park, and target and the computer store. went back to his house and swam then went to the fireworks. i <3 fireworks. we went back to his house and ate ice cream sundaes.
monday we went to the 4th of july parade. chris made me an english muffin and put regular butter on it because he knew i didnt like country crock. t after the parade chris and i got wahls and i headed out. i got home around 8. adam, jenn, bry and i went to fireworks. i learned that i can run. (there was popcorn involved) then we all went to dennys. there was some sweet sing-a-longs on the way there.
i am hoping that this means that the whole fourth of july hell has finally ended for me.
