I'm going through a pretty rough patch right now. I've just been feeling really lonely recently and can't seem to shake it. I haven't really made any good friends since moving to Indy. I'm not that close with anyone back home. One of my good friends down in Bloomington hasn't really stayed in contact since I've moved. We've done a few things here

Sorry it's taken me forever to respond. Been dealing with a lot. I think it is really hard to make friends when you aren't going to school. I'm fortunate enough that most of the people I work with are 22-30. However, I think since my previous experience of trying to befriend one of the guys at work failed miserably, I've been really hesitant to open myself up to others at work. BUT I am trying. I invited everyone out for my birthday this weekend and they all seem really excited about it. In the back of my mind though I have that nagging feeling of "are they actually going to show up?" or "are they just pretending to be excited?" Guess we'll see.

And I am seriously considering taking you up on your offer. It'd be really nice to get away. I can't really afford it right now but maybe when I get my tax refund? :) Thanks for everything. I hope everything with the moves go great and that your kitty is doing better!
