i miss florida. we should never have moved back to virginia. it's been incredibly hard to move back, it's like fl kicked us out and won't let us back in. but it's all the fucking crazy economy. foreclosures, layoffs, big companies filing bankruptcy. it's all been brought on by themselves and everyone else gets to pay for their mistakes. first job ( Read more... ) -

Weee!!! The boy got the job! A wicked awesome job that is likely to make him three figures a year! Woot! I am so excited. This is the best thing ever. It's sad that it takes 100k+ a year to be able to afford a good house in VA. More sad that three figures is the average income for the area. we're moving back to va. i am excited. except we're renting a townhouse from the boy's parents which is all well and good because it's wicked cheap and they don't want a deposit and they know about all our pets. but it is bad because the boy and his mom don't always get along because sometimes she has crazy wild mood swings and turns into super ( Read more... ) -

Boo is home. He's doing a little better every day. He's able to stand up, though he does get wobbly. He can walk with help, albeit very slowly and unsteadily. He's moving his eyes around some and he can hold his head up to eat when I feed him. And man is he eating! Two cans of dog food in less then twenty-four hours is awesome. No seizures since yesterday morning!!!! YAYAYAYAY. My boo is doing a little better. He was limp when they brought him out from the back of the ER vet but he heard Josh's voice and started to squirm so he still knows our voices. Bailey is at the vet. He has ivermectin toxicity, the drug they insisted he needed to prevent from getting mange from the puppies. We left him fine and came home three hours later last night to find him unable to stand properly or walk and drooling. We took him to the emergency vet and he had three seizures over night.
