hmmm

I think it may just be because I live in The People's Republic of Boulder and for the last 3 months AT LEAST 10 democrats a week hand me flyers and stickers promoting Kerry. Yelling at me and others with megaphones as we walk through campus. I was tired of that stupid table in the UMC with the big poster about Kerry. I was amused by the Kerry supporters on the street corner near my place with the HUGE Bush picture launching snowballs at it. (Mostly because it made them look rediculous) I do not claim to be Bush's greatest advocate as you may recall from my once posted now removed last entry.(mostly because of twin) HOWEVER....I do find some slim amount of appeal in grabbing a Bush/Cheney 04' poster and wanting to run about campus laughing at the liberals. In general I have NOTHING against Democrats/Liberals. In fact I'm not really a conservative so it's not like they are my enemy. I do however think that in a place like Boulder, this election is pretty damn funny. I am not laughing at all the hard work people put into trying to get people to the polls. I in fact think that is AWESOME! I am glad they put effort into a worthy cause no matter what their political views. I just find the liberals here in Boulder to be quite annoying. Especially they puesdo hippies who claim to be real, yet live in multi-million dollar homes in Boulder. OK the only thing hippie about you is that ugly outfit and the fact that you smoke pot. Congrats, you smoke the finest and most expensive pot known to Colorado. A real hippie woulda grown it themselves and would live in a yert somewhere up in the mountains!!! Hippie's my ass. Ok tangent...sorry. ANWYAYS...You don't have to yell at me when I am 3 feet away with a megaphone about how I should vote for Kerry. You don't need to heckle my friends as they leave the polls and tell them how uneducated they are because they are wearing a Bush/Cheney shirt. That's a bit excessive. I'm not sure the democrats were expecting this, I really don't. I think they believed they had it in the bag. But I heard someone last night describing Kerry and he said, "Kerry didn't campaing as well because he thought so many people would be anti-bush already that most of his work was already done for him, Bush may not be the people's favorite, but they are less apt to trust Kerry who spent most of his time with negative campaign tactics." Anyways, in conclusion, I really do just want to laugh at the liberals today. One girl was histerically crying in one of my classes because of the election though, so I thought that it would be best if I snickered about the election to myself, as to not cause uphevial. Ahhh....well. That is all I had to say. Oh wait no, stem cell research for 3 billion dollars.....COMMON CALIFORNIA. WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?! Are you kidding me, 3 bill? Who are you people.

Yep. that is all.
