Grammar, you're doing it wrong

Usually, I don't complain about stuff people write. If I don't like it, I don't read it. I close the tab and everyone lives happily ever after. I don't leave angry comments telling the author how much they suck or that they're weirdos for having this particular kink. I have enough random kinks of my own to appreciate the freedom of thought.

need no dictionary, wait ... what?, sometimes life fails, fanfiction, oh for fox' sake, fandom wins at life

Oh, I totally get where you're coming from, and also why this bothers you so much. I'm a stickler when it comes to spelling and grammar, and it makes me flinch, every time I see blatant mistakes like that. I mean, yeah, nobody's perfect. I make spelling mistakes all the time, and as you know, I'm not a native English speaker either ( ... )

How do you get from must've to must of? o_O? That seems more work than anything else.

Try saying it out loud. I've seen "have" written as "of" more often, not just in connection with "must".

Makes sense.

Btw, I meant to ask, did you leave an attempted suicide prompt over at the Suits!kinkmeme? Because it was basically worded the same way.

No, I won't. For one thing, I simply can't imagine Harvey ever contemplating suicide (which is what the prompt asked for), and then I'm pissed that the prompter used your prompt from the F&B meme WORD FOR WORD.

Also, I'm quite happy writing for the amazing F&B fandom. Suits has enough Suitors as it is. ^^

It's definitely a pronunciation thing. All of those 've' contractions turn into 'of.' Would of, should of, could of... *eyeroll*

Hey, I found another one. And not only did they spell it "breathe" instead of "breath" (repeatedly), they also spelled Neal's name "Caffery". I couldn't help but leave an anonymous (un-flamy) review.
