"we'll see who my true friends are..."

cool it dude, you're beginning to sound like bartels.

in order to be eligible for the peace corps, it's good to have a bachelor's degree in something like environmental science or education. while not absolutely necessary, it will definitely help your chances of being accepted. if you don't have that, you need to have experience with skills that would be relevant to the sort of tasks needed.

it can be done though, and i've been thinking about it for a while also. problem is, i'm not interested in getting a degree in any of the areas of study that would be of any use in the peace corps. so, i think a few years of volunteer work and manual labor while i'm in college will help my chances of eligibilty.

i think you, me, and little chris, should all try out for the peace corps together, and see if we can get sent to the same area.

that would be the fuckin coolest thing ever. i woukldnt be so scared to do it if we all got sent together.

would you be worried if you got sent somewhere that you have no clue about and just told you to do stuff?

dont get me wrong it would be amazing to be able to help like that. but just really different and new.
