Hope you find something to help with your pain. Probably pretty different but when my Scoliosis acts up I get a terrible deep internal ache/burn that responds pretty well to massages and just standing or floating in a pool.
yeah, baths are my friend. it's weird, the fibro pain is a strange burning sensation and it can be activated just by lightly running a finger over my skin. sometimes it's perversely interesting, like picking a scab.
