...if it's not too much trouble
You know, digital photography is funny. On the one hand it's really instant gratification. You take the picture and BAM! there it is on your view screen. However, there is a darker...seeder side to it.
Since I like to make prints out of my pictures sometime, my images are large raw files. Therefore, the time from inserting the card into my computer till uploading on the internet is usually about fifteen minutes per picture (spreading out initial upload and final upload time, with a resize and copyright image). SO, when I get handed cards and asked to upload, it's usually an evening-long event. Especially when there are photos on there from almost a year ago (seriously, Christmas decorating)!!!
Anyway, just grousing as I have thirteen thousand photos I need to go through tonight. Many of Beaux, many of the reunion, some from various office-related things for my dad, most have to be sent out to various people, annnnd I have to pee (sorry, I'm currently listening to my boss go donor-by-donor through a 12 page document for his charity outing).
That's what I'm doing tonight, vacuum, long dog walk, let over shrimp and photos. Don't you wish your life was hot like me???
