Let's just say, "I've gone and done it this time..."
This weekend was wonderful and definately much needed. I spent the night at Kevin and Kendra's. Went with dad to get his hair cut, to eat, and then get "supplies" for the night. Got to Kevin and Kendra's, tanned and watched Without A Paddle. Then today Dad and I headed to Smith Lake. We went out on the pontoon boat, swam and all that good stuff. Then dad and the guys went fishing at the damm, while I went running. My aunt was convinced that it was too hot outside for anyone to be running and that I would certainly die of heat stroke. Obviously I proved the woman wrong. For a while today, for the first time in a long time, I didn't have a care in the world. Thoughts about certain things that have been constantly resounding in my head lately, stopped. That's why I have to say, it's been a pretty good weekend.
