Hurt!Dean, Overprotective-yet-oblivious!Sam, a bunch of Sam's old college friends who don't like Dean at all, and a vulnerable!Dean who is still the BAMF that we know and love. Reccer’s comments: Oh Dear God. This fic left me... breathless and seriously disturbed. It's a mix of horror, despair and love. Sam's desperation to save Dean and Dean's horrible, horrible symptoms... God, apart from "In Reverse" by Sodakey, I cannot imagine a better aftermath of the episode "Faith". One of the best Hurt!Dean I have ever read. it's also worth-shivering the way Sam loves Dean in this fic. The way he keep doing bad, bad things to save his brother. Superb work.
