Online japanese classes!!!?!!? 0_0;;; I'm only in intermediate japanese so there's no way i'm qualified to teach people, and plus I don't think anyone'd do it! XD

What i can do is just correct stuff people write down and give other translators tips on how to get more accurate translations? But even still i usually don't have enough time to do those because I spend most of my time translating....

well, i recommend you buy a textbook of some sort because that's the only way you can learn grammar properly. You could just learn it through watching and reading stuff but that only builds up vocab without helping the fundamentals of grammer, which in my opinion is the most important part because you can always look up vocab easily.
I don't know of any good free online classes, but as for books i recommend Japanese for Busy People, but it's better to go online and look around Barnes and Noble or something like that. Good luck.

hmm, i don't really know because the book i used for beginning japanese was one that our professor wrote. i do think going to Kinokuniya and comparing books to see which one you like better is a good idea though.
You should have three books at minimum: a textbook that is well, a textbook, a dictionary (although you can probably just use an online one) and a good kanji dictionary. these are the basics to getting started. getting a textbook that comes with a tape/cd also helps if you want to get good at speaking but the best method is to actually talk to people who speak japanese.
