I liked to do all sorts of Asian fusion meals. Thai and Indian. Chinese elements with old Japanese cooking practices. And something I liked experimenting with combining European styles with Eastern styles.
Revenge is my favorite dish--- preferably chilled and garnished with the flesh of my enemies.
Sorry love. I couldn't resist! Choosing a favorite food is very hard... If I had to narrow it to one I guess it would be māmina chanpuru. Not only do I never get tired of it but it evokes lots of warm memories. Obaa taught me from an early age that cooking is a joining of body, soul, and earth. To truly nourish a meal must balance all three.
I'd have to be pretty dense not to know that with you in my life. A person can sense when a meal is empty of feeling or made with things which aren't good for the body. Remember that time we went to sleep angry at each other and then breakfast tasted awful the next morning?

Fusion is really creative. What dish is your favorite to make?
