My name is Ryouichi but most people just call me Ryo. I have been living here in this city for quite a while, but only recently started working over at Mangiamo. I am a chef. Cooking is my passion and so I travelled all over the world, learning how to cook in different countries, different kitchens and homes. While I am more accustomed to creation fusion dishes, I am enjoying my work in the Italian kitchens too. Some of their recipes can be a lot of fun!
When I am not working, I enjoy playing the piano and violin, reading and of course, cooking.
