She was trying not to laugh, although it was difficult. Going straight towards Angeal, she dimmed her smile a little, although she was still obviously happy to see him. "How are you feeling?" she asked, slipping a bag from behind her back, which had concealed a pair of scissors.

Having Aerith there seemed to calm him down about having Sephiroth here. Maybe with her in the room, he could relax a little more around. Well, keep his memories and emotions down, that is.

"I know most if it is terribly mangled but, an evening of everything out to the same length and trim should do just fine." He picked at the very short and long pieces as he talked.

"Could someone get me a towel, please? I don't want to get the hair all over the bed," she glanced at Genesis, still afraid to look at Sephiroth without laughing.

He grabbed the extra blanket at the foot of the bed and presented it to her. "Would this do?" His mother, unless Genesis had taken him out to town, did his hair and she always used sheets. Yes, it was backwater and poor, but that's how Angeal was growing up. He wasn't ashamed.

She took the blanket and nodded. "Yes, this is even better, thank you. Now I can make more of a mess with your hair," she grinned, her green eyes sparkling. Aerith was having fun with all of this, there was no doubt about that.

"Wait, mess? No no, now wait a minute, I asked for a haircut not an improvement on what's already been done." Angeal turned his head to look at her, a rather shocked look donning his tired features.

Aerith smiled gently at him, trying to reassure the man. "I know but you do have a lot of hair, so its going to create a small mess. Now turn around so I can fix this mop," she scolded.

He chuckled at the thought as he took the blanket back and wrapped it around himself like his mother did. "Do your best." he grunted happily as he pulled his hair out.

"Alright, all finished," Aerith sat back and began to gather the sheet up, trying not to spill any of the hair. "It's definitely an improvement," she nodded, smiling at Angeal.
