I forgot to mention what was going on with Cash, my truck...my friend's husband checked it and found the transmission fluid stick had never been put back and it had been spraying all over my engine! I also had almost no coolant! I just wrote an email to the owner and copied the repair department of
Catherine's Auto, where I had just taken it in for an oil change and fluid check!
I did not feel it was necessary to say, "of course I do not expect to be charged for this..?"
That should be obvious, right?

I am a friend of Claudia's, also a photographer and you and I exchanged a few emails a while back. I have been since taking my truck to your Northside location. I had been very happy, even writing a positive review on kudzu.com and reccomending you to many friends.
I made an appointment on October 24th for an oil change and fluid check and just asked them to also just look it over for any problems. They told me everything was fine and that weekend I drove to Clemson to visit friends. My "over/drive off" light started flashing, about mid way but it seem to correct itself and I thought it was okay, same thing happened on the way back, but again it corrected itself.
I just returned to Clemson for the Thanksgiving weekend, and again that happened and my check engine light came on and my heat was not working. My friend's husband, checked my truck and discovered the transmission fluid "stick" had never been returned to it's opening and instead was wedged to the right of the engine! Transmission fluid had sprayed all over my truck and the coolant tank was almost completely empty. It took more than a large container to get it back to just the minimum line.
He said it was a miracle my transmission had not gone out on me. He also said there might be damage done to it because of this and yesterday I noticed some smoking coming from around the transmission area and had to add more coolant. I would like to bring it in (though, to your other location) and get this checked out and repaired.
I appreciate that you pride yourself on your customer service and was very happy to find an auto repair company I could feel confident and safe with. I really hope to continue as a customer and get this resolved.
