I went to visit Taylor at Stanford this weekend, which was a lot of fun. It was really nice to see her, be in the warm weather and see the gorgeous but HUGE campus! I met all of her friends which I got along with well, especially Patrick and George (which isn't his real name..he just looks like George from Grey's Anatomy.) It was all exactly what I thought it would be...we drank tea, watched Disney movies and I listened to them talk about smart things that they're doing and are going to do. Reunited with Woodland on Saturday at the football game which was just like it always is and that made me happy.
Friday the 13th was "evaluate your life" day on the SBW calendar. Taylor and I had planned to do that, but because I learned how to use ear plugs (and slept the best since ive been away from home!! gotta love those smart stanford people who know how to use ear plugs!), we fell asleep early and didn't do the evaluating. But I had a lot of time to do some evaluation on the way back from Stanford as Max, Tyson and I rode the Cal Train. None of us really know why we ended up at the schools we did, but for some reason its right. And while only some us know why its right, I know that the rest of us will come up with there reasoning sooner or later. For right now however, we just know its right, no reason why - it just is. Being at Stanford this weekend was great for many things. I'm so glad Taylor is there because it is right for her. San Francisco State is right for me too and I'm so glad I can finally say that I love it.
But as Taylor said, college is amazing but Woodland is better.
