Fic premises I'd like to see:
Adam comes back from Hell completely destroyed. Sam and Dean do something about it. (Because I've seen a couple where Adam looks after Sam, but not the other way around. Which is a shame.)
Newly human Castiel has to help some other fallen angel navigate the waters of humanity. He's surprisingly capable. (I enjoy stories in which Castiel is a fully realized character and not just someone for the Winchesters to react to/someone who reacts to the Winchesters.)
There aren't really memes for these sorts of prompts. I just think they'd be kinda fun.
