This was a wonderful chapter. Having Mr. Connor open up with Casey like that and yet Casey not quite ready to forgive easily rings true.

Poor Casey is in a place when he refuses to believe the best - feeling rejected by Delilah when SHE was trying to do the right thing and let him have his life with Zeke. And that's big of her, considering what she told Casey about her discovery of his truth.

I suppose if Zeke were to walk back in Casey would take his head off too. But it seems like things are arranging themselves to be workable once Casey can take it in.

Good chapter with revelations all round. You are going to let Casey and Zeke work things out soon, right?

Aw, thanks babe! I want to show the idea of how *torn* Casey is. As much as he wants to be with Zeke, he also doesn't want to be cut out of his daughter's life. Really confusing for the poor cutie.

Oh gosh, I really feel for Mr. Connor after reading this. He's had it tough, and he really loves Casey. Their talk was so therapeutic, so cleansing. Loving this story.
