Feeling SUPER PISSED that I got a call and the assholes at the Workman's Comp denied physical therapy
for me. WTF? I already put in a call to my lawyer. THIS is the kind of crap that gets me down when I should
be trying to get my shit together. My Dr talked to them Friday and told them I NEEDED the physical therapy,
yet they can still deny it. It's unreal. I need help here and they are not helping.
Dinner @ 8pm: Water, 1/2C Pureed butternut squash, Salad of raw corn, Italian parsley, cherry tomato, avocado w/ squeezed lemon
