I knew it was coming, and I quietly installed a replacement to help me through. Some people might disagree with that and that's fine. I don't feel guilty about it.
I knew I was unhappy with how things were going, it seemed things were really one sided, so I didn't feel too bad about looking elsewhere for what I needed.... I think the breakup will be amicable.
