Finn and Kurt weren't especially close back home, but, you know, in this strange place, he only knew a few people he could trust. And if Kurt was going to be dumb and get himself sick and not eating and probably all lonely and crap...Well, that was just no good.
And he got the guy a present, man. Geez. He couldn't die now.
Anyway, now that Finn knew what the deal was, he was standing outside the door, his (slightly soggy) present in one hand and some (pretty soggy) grilled cheese sandwiches in the other. Knock knock, time to get better, dude.
