Setting/Location: Inside the castle, heading towards the cells
Date & Time: Day 6, evening
Warnings: Nothing?
Summary: The Beast wants a rose, so Diana's out to look for them, and to possibly meet the residents of the cells.
It wasn't the first time that Diana had gone questing for something that someone else had lost. Another hero of her world would perhaps be thinking "what exactly was so hard about looking for it yourself?", but not Diana. Perhaps it was because she had gotten fairly used to such quests and wasn't particularly annoyed by them anymore, but that didn't quite fit. It was merely her own selflessness. So to enter the castle, she had adorned her Amazonian colors with some fabric she had bought draped over it formally, in the way of her Amazonian people. The costume was in itself intimidating in some ways, but the addition of the "dress" made her seem more to her namesake as the princess of Themyscira--it was very regal.
But it was no time to be a princess. The lasso glowed on her hip as she strolled through the halls of the castle. She had the mission in mind of finding the Beast's lost flower--and only then was she suddenly reminded of the resonance between the situation and a fairytale she had once read to children. She couldn't recall the name, but it was all quite familiar...Still, she doubted that it would be terribly useful to know it.
For now, she was checking the rooms as she strolled towards the halls. She doubted that the rose would be so clearly in view, but it was worth the first glance to at least learn the layout of the castle. But first, meeting those in the cells and making sure that they were safe and healthy was most important.
