Setting/Location: Sleepywoods, near the edge of District 3, outside
Date & Time: Day 0, not long after waking up

Summary: After waking up, Jack investigates. ...it's not going very well.
Jack really wasn't prepared to wake up in a strange place with no memory of how he got there. Sure, it was the sort of thing that used to happen to him all the time, but these days... Well, waking up in a strange place kind of required sleeping at all.
So his first priority, after investigating the unfamiliar bit of tech he'd found next to his bed, was to find out where he was, and how. Just the name, Willaknapp, didn't give him much of an answer - he couldn't even guess at planet, galaxy, time...
He stood on the open street at an intersection, eyes fixed on his wriststrap as he punched commands into the small device with an expression of more than slight frustration. The device had been broken for a long time, but last he checked, it should have been capable of giving him some vague indication of where in the universe he was.
The wrist device beeped, and the tiny screen flashed at him: ERROR. ERROR. ERR-
Jack growled a curse under his breath and dropped his hand in frustration, glancing back up to scan the street. Well, so much for that line of investigation...
