Here at homeby_five, we like RPF. Kind of a lot. I'm sure you've noticed this.
So, in a plot to get ourselves more fic, we want to sponsor a ficathon this summer/winter (lol hemispheres). The exact timeline is uncertain, but the fics would be due sometime around David and Gillian's birthdays (that's August 7th & August 9th respectively, for those of you not in the know/too lazy to check imdb). Signups would be sometime this month, you'd get to request as many fics are you are willing to write. And a month to write them.
So, members, how interested in this are you?
Keep in mind that:
a) Fic makes the world go round.
b) The more people that participate (and the more times they participate!) the more fic you get, in the end.
c) David/Gillian sexy tiems are almost as fun to write as they are to read! Trufax.
d) You don't have to think of your own plotline for the ficlets you write! \o/!!!!!
e) You know those ideas that bounce around in your head that you love but cannot possibly imagine yourself writing? NOW YOU CAN MAKE SOMEONE ELSE DO IT!
f) If you cannot write, you can read and we will love you anyway.
g) thenaughtydingo and I will probably write fic for each other and call it a ficathon if nobody else likes us and wants to participate :( We're pretty amused by ourselves.
