wait, before america...flash back to this weekend...
amazing weekend, spoke spanish all weekend. saw ivan's play on friday night and afterwards went out with sonia to the two best discotecas i've been in all semester. stayed out until 6am. then hours later after sleeping some and buying flowers for my señora, met up with Pan and Jan to go to FESTIMAD. best time ever...and then at 10:15pm spanish time.........THE PIXIES! amazing. they are old and fat and don't move much, but are still able to play. and frank black can still belt it. i can't believe i got to see the pixies. it was so much fun. indescribable. then got home at 4am, slept a little more. then lugged my luggage down the 5 flights of stairs, hopped a taxi, airport, plane, 7 hours later....

is raining today, feels weird to be back here, keep trying to speak spanish to people that only speak english.
but, tonight i get to see Jesse! another indescribable feeling. i have so much to tell him. i get to kiss tonight!
and at some point i move into my apartment in NYC
and life starts again
but someday i'll return, the world has not yet seen the last of me
