One more word from me

I fully believe that Jay will return to 2PM.

Now, the outlook is grim, with him leaving and arriving in Seattle and what not, being photoshopped out of the Dream Concert picture (which really kind of breaks my heart, seeing it like that. It's eerie.), but it looks like the neitzens have picked on the wrong star this time.

Why? Because they did it over a stupid reason, and they blew it out of proportion, and they did it to a guy who is wildly popular amongst not only fans, non-fans, and his members, but who is also held in an extremely high regard among the staff, his company, and celebrities who may have met him or may not, and people who are more established in this business than he is, and his seniors who probably don't even know him.

Why does this matter?

Because it shows how unreasonable the neitzens are, and how much overwhelming support Jay has.

The waves of support all over the internet and media of not only people close to him but people who are just sick of neitzens in general is powerful. Stars are banding together to bring someone back, because he is a talented kid, and he just vocalized the pain he, and no doubt all of them, were feeling in the training years. It's hard. And to expect someone to be perfect is ridiculous, and these stars are angry. They give so much of themselves and put so much work and pain and sweat and blood and tears into this, and that's the reward? They're finally speaking up to say "you know what? fuck you. let's see you try it."

Jaebeom has been described as talented, sincere, passionate, and real. His production team notices that he's the first to drop the idol image and just be himself. He's real, and people love that. Fans constantly ask to know more of a stars personal life -- so when they do find out, they persecute him for it? Where's the justice in that?

Another reason I sincerely believe he'll be back: JYP did not kick him out.

He left in humbleness and a need to get away and take a breather from the whole mess. JYP did not revoke his contract, did not have any inclination to punish him other than remove him from the spotlight (for his own protection), and stuck by him by saying yes, it was wrong, but no, he doesn't deserve this backlash for it. It isn't like SM, where if they drop you, you are d-r-o-p-p-e-d. His own company is helping him sort this out. They don't want to lose him either.

Jay will have some time to get away. He'll get some time with his mom, who he loves so much, his close friends, and the comforts of home. I have a feeling that, like it was for me, coming back to America will be almost harder than leaving it -- he has two homes now. He'll be craving a bulgogi burger from McDonalds and a chance to beat up on Taecyeon before he knows it.

I wholeheartedly believe he will be back. And this couldn't have happened at a better time -- they haven't done any new release that might muck stuff up, although one is coming, and I hope, pray, and believe that he'll be there for that.

And to stress my point about my last entry:

my friends are assholes.

EDIT: even one of the ones who started it fuckin' regrets it.
